IDP tunes

So I know everybody with custom tunes has their opinions and I wanted to express mine about Eric and his tunes. First off excellent customer service when I ordered my livewire ts and the tunes. Also very helpful helping me figure out fuel issues. And now that I have used all 3 of the tunes that came with my tuner (economy, street and tow) I am even happier. Truck is very quick and good mileage on street tune, and just towed 8k up to flagstaff from Phoenix with great power and awesome tranny control. Btw truck is stock except for exhaust and level kit.

Custom tuning really wakes the 6.0 up, congrats. I've tried IDP as well as two other custom tuners. IDP tunes were the least impressive but were very smooth and what I would consider safe, which is a good thing if you don't have studs.

I just got IDP "X" tune and find that I get better MPG with the X tune over the street. The tune has plenty of power too

Hey I am in San Tan Valley too!!! Ironwood and Ocotillo

Did you use the canned tunes on the sct livewire or did you order custom tunes? The options you listed sound just like the canned tunes that come on the device

I am running a bunch of custom tunes from different tuners and I am most impressed with the extreme X from IDP

I have ran canned tunes and custom tunes. There is definitely a difference. So far I have IDP tow, extreme street, extreme race, and X. X is my favorite tune for sure

As for me I run IDP's street tune all the time as a daily driver and towing. Great customer service at IDP, when I received my custom tunes I wanted firmer transmission shifts and they said not a problem. A month ago I emailed Eric with a question about towing my 6800lbs tt with my street tune and he said not a problem. I could actually tow up to 10k with the street tune. For me really good tunes and customer service.

I personally like the IDP street tune. Decent mileage in any strategy, engine noise isn't that bad, good up to 10k load, feels close to stock in street manners/shifting but with more power.
