Installation of SCT

I'm trying to install the SCT and I am very confused on how to do it. I think I have all of the updates on my computer, and I am now trying to get the codes off of my truck. I'm a little worried that I'm going to mess it up. Any advice would be appreciated!

plug it in and scroll around....you won't mess anything up. you can plug it in and scroll around and unplug it with no issues at all. if you can txt message you can pull your strategy.

To darsey715. "If you can txt message you can pull your strategy." I'm even dumber than LSU Tigers. How does one text to get the stock strategy. And thanks in advance for your help.

^^haha, i dont think he meant it like that. I think i meant if your smart enough to text message on a phone, your smart enough to pull the strategy from your SCT.

Okay, got that......but does the device act liek a gui and ask prompting questions or is there a very particular way in which the query has to be posted to obtain the strategy..........and I'm getting more worried by the moment because I AM sounding dumber ;-)
