Need Tuner!!!

Going to bite the bullet and purchase a tuner. I have a 2006 6.0 that has 50,000 miles on it. What is the best tuner to purchase? I only want it for fuel mileage. I am hearing a SCT...heard that from a tech at a Ford dealership. All opinions welcome...

SCT with custom tunes from any of our site vendors cant go wrong with DJ's or Innovative

My SCT w/ DJ's Econ tunes gained 3.2 mpg on the hwy, and 2.0 in town.

If you do a search for SCT, you will find pages and pages. It is a common agreament here and everywhere I have looked, that the SCT is the only one for the 6.0. The hardest part is deciding on a tuner, because their are some very good ones out there. I personally use Eric at Innovative Diesel and could not be happier. I have tried someone elses tunes and they did not compare. IF you call Raul at Stealth automotive he can hook you up with what you need.

There's lots of sponsors here on the forum that sell them. I used DJ's Performance, couldn't be happier.

I would go straight to the custom tuner you are gonna use.

You can go directly to the tuner (i.e. Innovative, DJs) or go to a third party vendor (i.e. Stealth Automotive, Discount Power Parts)...either way you go, you'll be happy with your trucks performance.
