I believe most are finding that the 80 tow program is good for daily driving. Intake from my understanding the 6.0's have a good intake. Just replace the filter with an AFE or simmilar air filter. What ever you do, do not replace it with a K&N.

sell the edge unit on ebay for a buy it now price and put that money towards an xcal with custom tunes, first and foremost. as for intake, buy a coolant filter instead.

bc has a 7.3 and I don't think he's used an sct. Yes, it really does make that big of a difference. Look at all the signatures of the guys that post in the 6.0 forums, most run custom tunes for a reason. fuel mileage is determined by your right foot among other things. depending on what edge unit you have and how you present it on ebay maybe 300 bucks....I don't know for sure. I recommend buying a used xcal 2 or 3 but make sure it has enough unlocks left on it. Brand new, they have 5 unlocks left. everytime it is unlocked to be tuned for a new vin it goes done in an increment of one. Now that the x3 is out people are hocking their x2's for 200 or so. Don't pay over 200 for a used one if you go that route. IMO, unlimited custom tunes don't matter cuz you're gonna wanna try othe tuners out there because they all have different qualities.

I'm jumping in for the SCT as well, and get yourself a set of gauges too. Don't worry about the intake as was said, spend half the money you would have on the intake and get a coolant filter.

Strokin & Smokin, i dont mean to hijack, but have a quick couple of questions. Everyone seems to talk bad about K&N, i have one, do you think is that bad that i should sell it and buy an AFE?(Dont have stock intake anymore) And how important is the coolant filter?

i hear that the k+n pluggs up easily, then when it clogs it sucks in air from places you dont want it too.
