if your gonna go with that huge of a injector your probably better off going with a stage#3 mad turbo from mad turbowerks. the powermax is not gonna cut it. 190/100s have had great results with the stage 3 turbo from mtw. your also gonna need a regulated return system and a sct tuner with custom tunes, and you will need a transmission thats gonna be able to manage 600 HP and head studs and a metal cold side pipe lol the list may go on forever.

Hi is their a website that explains all this power levels, stages and what is required to achieve them? I would like to get 500 rwhp or close to that. I got a set of ARP head studs (not Custom Age 625+), ARP Rod Bolt Kit and Victor Reinz Ford 6.0L Head Set just need to install. Would the stage 3 be to much for the head studs. I was also thinking of going with Banks power intake, intercooler, 4in turbo back, and Banks Power Six-Gun Diesel Tuner w/ iQ-Dashboard PC. But is the Edge Products Powerstroke Juice w/ Attitude CS/CTS more tunable.
(Other parts I'm might add but I need to learn more before buying Sinister Diesel 6.0L Powerstroke Headers,PPE High Flow Up-Pipes for 2003-07 6.0 Powerstroke, Sinister Diesel 6.0L Powerstroke Regulated Fuel Return Kit or should I put that money into the turbo and injectors.
)

Get the head studs installed
Get a sct tuner with custom tunes so your trans doesn't gernade
Get a regulated return
And see how the power is. If you need more get 175/75 warren injectors and a hybrid turbo and you will be where you wanna be

Ok i dont know where to start here, stay away from banks and edge for tuning. Sct is the route that you want to got with becasue it tunes your trans and ecu. I run the mad stage 4 just fine with arps and oem gaskets. You can make 500hp with tuning, exhaust, 175s, and a hybrid.
