AD2 droppped 25 psi!

Started my truck this morning, let it warm up for about 10 mins, idle psi at 65.
made it about halfway to work, about 2 miles, and watched the needle drop from 65psi to around 40psi. It would sustain 40psi but the adjuster was at 65.
whats going on?

On my 3rd ad2. Mine will always idle between 55 and 60 and at wot go to like 25. If i drive nice its fine. Usually every new pump i set at 68 and will drop to 65 at wot. Everytime i call and complain all they say is that they redesigned it

it would hold 40 if I was real easy with it. so I just limped her home and parked it for now.
what's the o-ring kit they include in the box for?

Edit - Just got off the phone with pureflow. They're sending me and "updated" pump...
