Ahh yea...
Updated STC fitting
Updated turbo drain and feed tube
Updated Stand Pipes
Updated Dummy Plugs
I would suggest Jesse (warren diesel). I'm happy with my 155/30's
Tow tune from Matt @ Gearhead Automotive
Good time to replace water pump.. Dieselsite has a metal replacement I believe. I am running the billet one from Bulletproof.
Bulletproof has the EGT probe for the Livewire
I'd suggest the shop manual from Helm... it was kinda expensive but it has just about everything in it.

I'm sure I can dig up a few more items for you to add.
You got a good start on the list. Best of luck , let me know if you need anything.

Will

Trucks running nice. I am running Matt's tune he wrote for me when towing heavy and it is sweet. I am going to try running it unloaded to see how it does.
Mileage hasn't really gotten any better...LoL Might have to step up to the 22.5's to bring the rpm's down...hehe
Other than that the temps are running close within a few degrees. I am going to record my data with the heavy tune tomorrow compared to the stock tune to see where we r at. Should be ordering my exhaust any day now.

Great thread!!! dang I thought mine was "Bullet Proofed" guess not? Whats the Blue spring mod and the 6.4 Banjo deal? I think I might do the BPD water pump soon. I have 37K miles on mine now.

Aslo as far as tunes for these 550s, what do ya recomend? I have the Edge Evolution CTS for monitoring. Hope I didnt highjack here, just got excited that there r a few other 550 peeps on here. Thx

I am not to sure about edge tuning myself, I am running an SCT handheld tuner with an edge insight CTS. I know there are some tuners out there for the edge but the most recommend is the SCT. I have had awesome results with Matt @ Gearhead automotive. He has some written for the 450/550's
