EOT / ECT difference of 11 degrees

Hey folks. Just plugged in a new Insight CS and took the truck for a long run at 68 mph on a fairly flat, straight highway. The delta was 11 degrees. Is this alright or an indication of my cooler plugging. It is in the shop now for an EGR delete kit and new oil cooler but just wondering what your thoughts are.
Thanks

Well if it's in the shop now for an egr delete and a new oil cooler it's pretty much a moot point, isn't it?

What was the ECT?

If my failing memory serves correct, it was the one that was about 180 and the other was 190 to 191, but I'm not sure. It is a moot point but I was just wondering.

Sounds like it was getting pretty clogged up. Your definitely doing right by putting a new one in while doing the EGR delete. Btw, I like the quote in your sig! Very true.

Thanks for that tip on the thermostat. I'll let everybody know what the parts look like when he pulls them, (if they looked somewhat clogged etc.).

i would do the thermostat first...that'll bring the ECT up and your delta temp should be right were it needs to be. Your oil cooler could be fine.

It's in the shop now for the delete kit anyway strokin6l. We RV during the summer months so hopefully that will be one less thing to worry about. It might even be done today, can't wait, he says it could possibly even idle / run better because of not pumping spent gasses back into the motor. Got the blue spring put in to and he really says that is a stupid mod for anyone under 500hp.
