Livewire ts problem

Hey guys 07 F250 with the LiveWire TS It doesn't think I have the key in the ignition I've tried turning the auto detect to none And it comes up with an error see picture below what is the cure? Thanks in advanceLivewire ts problem-imageuploadedbyautoguide1365556920.291041.jpg

Yep, just plug it in, it will prolly check on its own but you may have to click "check for updates".

My laptop doesn't detect the livewire I've updated the sct updater, still not connecting. Any ideas?

See this is why I think I've chose to go the handheld and edge route. Can it be manually turned on and off?

Just went through this with mine. If you look in the plug on the cable that goes into the side of the live wire can you see any of the little metal connectors bent back?
