Custom intake manifold

I have finally finished my manifold and will be installing it on Saturday with an oil cooler. I'm hoping to see and feel some results of all of the work.

Very nice, good job! I really like seeing guys doing their own mods.

2004 F250 Ext.cab fabtech 5.5" lift,and traction bars 35" on 18".2005-2007 grill and LED headlights,58v FICM, Warren dual HPOP system, fuel reg. return system, areo 1000a fuel pump, dual fuel filters, ARP studded heads, CCV reroute, EGR delete, 225/75 Warren injectors, water/meth injection (cooling mist),SCT tuner with customs, banks intercooler. MTW stage 4 turbo, built trans by Andy Warren, 4:10 Detroit lockers.

EDIT - I see you have the hole for the EGR valve welded over. What are you doing with the EGR valve?

That's very similar to what I plan on doing. Do you have o-rings on the covers? I was going to use anaerobic sealer, but I'm not sure if it would work.

Yes I'm using an o ring for the cover and sealing washers for all of the bolts.

Cuz it gets in the way. I don't know if it really makes a difference or not, but that manifold looks really good
