Still Puking...

well i blocked the EGR cooler in hopes of stopping the puking, but it still pukes when i get on it.. can anybody tell me why it is still puking??

the turbo sounds awesome and spools up quick.. And during normal driving the truck runs normal, its just when i get on it that it pukes.

There could be a few thing wrong . First of all Do you have studs? if not it would be your head gaskets , If so them it mite be wraped heads. And do you know what your EGR vavle lookes like ? It mite be stuck open with would but boost in to the cooler and make it puk if theres a hole in the cooler

It does not have studs and the EGR Valve is unplugged.

I think its time for studs and new head gakets , make sure who ever does it makes sure the heads are not warped when they go back on with them !

I would start small and replace the cap first. is there any whistling? How high or low is the level of coolant in your bottle?

it could be a compromised head gasket. under load you may be getting some combustion pressure to leak thru and enter your coolant passages thus pressurizing your cooling system to the point of puking ...
or it could be the cap....
might be time for studs my friend.
