Just start it up Gary and see how it runs and drives. If all is well, then just head to Purdue. I think as long as the pump isn't too big, then I can't see how it is possible to "default ICP". Unless I'm missing something, with the IPR valve fully open, the secondary pump would have to be flooding the HPO system to be able to cause a constant 4k+ psi in the rails. I think if this is happening, you're probably going to have other problems too.
