Build list

I am getting a list together to build the 6.0 im going to get in the next couple of months to around 500hp. I wont have the money to build the tranny right now so i want to stick around 500hp. the truck will be a daily driver and most likely will only be towing a landscape trailer.

arp head studs
oem gaskets
egr delete
rebuild oil cooler
coolant filter
4 inch turbo back
175/75 injectors
powermax or rcd 68mm or a mtw turbo
custom tuning

just wanted to get some opinions on the list to see if im missing anything that should be done while the cabs off. would also like opinions on what turbo to get. i was originally going to go with the powermax but i wasn't sure how it would be with those injectors and then i found the rcd and mtw's.

Since you'll have it apart and be in there. you should look into the BulletProof Diesel oil Cooler. chances are the OEM oil Cooler will clog up and cause high deltas.
Also, don't forget the upgraded STC fittings and dummy plugs

I would just replace the HPOP while its apart...especially if you are updating the STC fitting. You'll be right there. Not sure how many miles are on your truck but it will go bad eventually and they aren't nearly as much fun to replace with the cab on and the truck put back together.

Don't do another stock oil cooler, mine has 1000 miles and its clogged, do the BPD. Also do a driven diesel regulated return to keep your new injectors safe and healthy. Start a transmission fund, I have around 500 horse with my setup and my trans is not happy about it.

05' F350 cclb born 12-9-04
4 inch down pipe, 5 inch exhaust no cat
atlas 40 ficm tune, SCT tunes, Dashboss
ARP studs, egr delete ,driven diesel regulated return, WPE up pipes
Warren 175/75? ( wish I knew the nozzle size! )
MTW stage II turbo ( this week )
Six inch lift and 35-12.50-18 AT-II's
