Louder inside the cab or out?

If inside the cab check if its laying on the tranny cross member or an exhaust leak on the up pipe or y pipe.

Did you put a more aggressive tune on it? Was it colder out for your test drive? It shouldn't have made a difference except for my questions, unless you have an exhaust leak.
