go go ported manifold?

So I'm currently having trouble deciding what mods to do. I'm going to do 175 stock injectorsyw hybrid turbo and now can't decide if a go go intake manifold would be worth the money. Anyone running one? Can you tell a difference?


2004 CC SB 6.0
4 Inch Turbo back Exhaust
S&B Intake
Sct with Vivians looney wild tune.
Egr Delete
Arp Head studs and oem gaskets.

Well maybe I will have to pull the trigger on that. How long do you think it would take to get a hybrid turbo? I Adrian is pretty busy. I can't afford to have my truck down longer than a week to do this.

04 f250 cc sb.
Egr block off, 4 inch turbo back ss magnaflow exhaust, billet turbo wheel, 05 Harley headlights, S&B intake, XDP coolant filter, tuned with Sct by PHP, BDS Dual rear add a leaf, Firestone ride rite airbags, 2 12 inch kicker subs, infinity rear speakers, mb quart frontdoor speakers, mb quart amp, autopumpkin Android headunit, torque pro.

last I knew it was about 1200 and you send in your stocker to be modified

1200 seems a little steep just to port a manifold doesn't it? if i got a new one and didn't have to send my stock one in i'd say its more worth it.. do you have to get an aftermarket turbo and a dyno tune if you port the manifold?

is this the type of mod that is really more for ppl going for max performance.

I would say a ported intake manifold is for anyone that wants to ensure they have even air flow to all of the cylinders.
