Custom tunes

Talkin about that again, i cant decide wich between gearhead or wildman. Little towing some times ( generally under 10k pounds ) and always flooring it when not loaded

I heard a little bit about rcd ( river city diesel ) tuning, anybody runs them ? Cause i aslo want a lope idle very bad, rcd makes nice ons as i see on youtube.

Is the lope idle a special tune or its just an idle form that can be added to any tune ? ( like xtrem tune w/ lope idle )

Re: Custom tunes

I had Extreme Race, no lope.

Considering that Wildman's email is a apparently a vortex into nothing, I'm sticking with Gearheads.

SRL went a little faster in my truck than the IDP tune did. The SRL shifted right on first load, and didn't smoke down the track.

I can say that i would like to have some smoke when i got to the track ! Sure i dont want that on the road..

Does matt make lope idle ?

Edit, i just read on the rcd web side that they lope tune are not recommended for driving and truck with stock fuel system ( injector ) are not willing to lope AT ALL i guess i will have to wait for the lope ..

Re: Custom tunes

You'd have to ask Gearheads directly about a lope idle. Personally, every time I see a diesel lope I think it's broke. I'm also not a fan of smoke. I guess that makes me a cranky old guy.

Please explain? Shoot me a pm with your email and let me see what happened.

FWIW I have been tied up a lot these last few days with my family situation, and some emails have not been answered. I try to get most of the work done early a.m. and unfortunately I may miss some replies.

You want a lope tune and smoke? How about a giant spoiler, a 10" tip, and a bunch of stickers with your purchase?

Riiiiiiiiiiiiicer.
