Been away a while need som updating one the "new" stuff

So I have been away because when I get on this forum I spend money! I love my 6.0. Well I am not married yet but I just paid off my 22K wedding and 4K honeymoon so back to the forum.

So I am in need od some info on what is new and what should I look to do.

Like best wheels for turbos for a 03 turbo and a powermax.
Who is doing the best tunes now a days or who are the good ones now.
Who is programing Ficms now and who should I look at
Is BPD still the best solution for remote oil cooler.
Who is still doing egr deletes, complete deletes or welded off live in Cali and still need to pass visual.

Also any new innovations in the past year or so I should look to do.

While I am not the most seasoned 6.0 guy out there, one major change to note:

BPD did add another version of their remote cooler kit. It utilizes the OEM oil filter assembly instead of the wheel well spin on filter. Not sure if you have seen that yet.

Mad turbo werks for the wheels
You still have all the same big tuners, but tony wildman is making the biggest splash right now.
I'm running a completely redisined ficm from bulletproof deisel, and I'm using a gryphon programmer from power hungry performance so I can load my own ficm tunes.
Yes bpd is still the best solution for the oil cooler by far, they now have a few options for the coolers, I'm running the new one that uses the oem filter.
I'm using a run of the mill egr delete from pmm, ipr makes a real nice delete (genII) but it won't pass visual for you. Bpd makes a egr cooler that won't fail like oem.

Big thing I want to do right now is put the 03 turbo I have sitting around instead of stoke but looking to see if there are wheel upgrades for it like if bantom or wicked make them or any one else.

Also have a bad fcim sitting around I want to send in to get tuned so who is doing that now a days

And what new parts were released in the last year I should look at, any new up and common 6.0 parts mfg or still mainly bpd

Well, like I said mad turbo werks for any turbo needs.

If the ficm is bad tuning it won't do any good. I you want to get it fixed, Ed at ficm repair.com. But I highly recomend one of the new ficm's from bpd.

Also maybe I should just do the turbo all together is a slight best stoke upgrade still the power max? I have heard it tends be be a slight slow spooling

Listen to Nick-portcity, the BPD FICM is "fix it once and forget it" fix.
Completely redesigned unit, built in redundancy backup circuits.

I run an IDP FICM tuner and like it, many others avail.

BPD just released a new oil cooler kit.

Welcome to Mad Turbo Werks!!This guy is the newest badass on the block when it comes to turbos, and wheels, super nice guy, infinite turbo knowledge for the 6.0L.
