SCT? Trouble with RCD?

I live in north central IL so naturally ive been doing business with River City. And I must say I've been pretty happy. They did a egr delete along with the SCT X3 and their tunes. The tunes were all sorts of screwed up (no big thing) so i went back, they redid them and i picked up a Powermax while i was there. Now the tunes are better(although still not great, no exh brake like i said which is the reason i tuned it in the first place and the shift points are screwy,ie 3-4 in race wont shift til you let out and the tc locks at the same time as 4-5 which is a big rpm drop when towing) and my sct pre-loaded tunes have been disabled? Can't get an answer nor a return on my messages. At this point im fine with switching tuners like maybe Innovative? Or am i asking too much out of tuning? Opinions?

the must haves:
reasonably spaced shift points
agressive downshifting in tow/haul
exhaust brake without havin to ride the brakes(kinda defeats the purpose)maybe even wire a switch if its possible?
keep the tc locked^^goes hand in hand

Re: SCT? Trouble with RCD?

Plenty of opinions out there. Your truck doesn't care about other peoples opinions. Buy tunes from other tuners and see which ones you and your truck like. Continue to read threads that already discuss this topic.

Try bill at php, matt at gearhead, tony at total diesel performance, eric at ID, or vivian at Quicktricks. RCD probably writes some decent tunes I would recommend trying to work with them considering you dropped some coin there they should give support........
