What fuel pump??

Ok I have a brand new air dog 2 in the box never installed. Right after I bought it I started reading about all these failures.. So I never installed it. So what pump are people running??

I would see if you could exchange it for an AD150. It is a lift pump that feeds the stocker but will support 190/100s easily and this way you would still have the stock pump if the airdog died on you. However, their failure rates are extremely low. I like the Airdog/FASS units because they remove air that is entrained in the fuel but they definitely are not a necessity. I ran mine and could hold about 50 psi of fuel pressure with it. I know for me, I couldn't ever put an AD2 on my truck. Just too many failures for me to feel comfortable running one.

Thanks guys!! I'm goin to check into both y'all suggested thanks again! Guess I could use the hose and fittings from my AD2 lol!! Just a note my AD2 has been in my shop on the shelf for a little over a year now!!

Is the fuel lab used as lift pump also??
Or replaces your stock?
