SCT CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS
I have been trying to get ahold of them via phone and online chatting for 2 days im over this.

Two days.....you know they're closed on Sundays right?
I've never had a problem with their tech department. |

Ive dealt with sct on a few occasions, some for me and some for others, and I've had great success. Whats the problem you are trying to resolve?

It's a holiday day weekend! SCT has awesome customer service. Give them till Tuesday to return to work

I bricked my xcal2 and they were very helpful and got it fixed for me for free. Are you acting like a whiney d-bag to them like you are to us?

im not acting like a whiny girl, i forgot about today being a holiday, sorry guys, i just bought the sct and i have a surge when half to full throttle, never had it on my custom tuner (delta Force) on its most power level and i dont have it stock, i am running can tunes until this weekend, i talked to idp and they said it could be in the can tunes, also just updated my ficm and pcm stradegy. also i have only tryed the performance tune, i might hook up my ford wds on my lunch break tommorw and see whats going on,
