at what point if ever would you want or need to up grade your intercooler and piping and go with a huge exhaust. just really curious because i read alot of mags and forums and every one has an opinion

An exhaust is an excellent choice, even for a stock truck. I haven't noticed any gains with anything over a 4" exhaust. Both a 3.5" or 4" downpipe will suffice on a truck under 700rwhp, as I've tested both on our truck. I'd recommend an intercooler upgrade with anything over stock injectors. Especially if you don't upgrade the turbo at the same time. |
