AFE Intake help please???

Ok, so I am installing my AFE Stage II Sealed Intake in my garage right now. First of all it was a BIATCH to do... The instructions pretty much sucked balls.. But right now I am trying to attach the air filter box to the tube with the 3 bolts that were included, only the bottom fricken bolt is impossible to get to??? Anybody else have trouble with installation or anybody have any suggestions on how to get the bottom bolt in. The engine bay is just so jam packed that I cannot get to it... PLEASE HELP

It's a ***** no doubt, it'll go but just gotta give it some time, I had to sit down and have a couple beers and collect my thoughts then try again, wish there was a trick, but it just takes patients

I attached the tube before I put the box in the truck. But, that was on a '94, yours may be different.

yes, attach the tube first, unbolt the degas bottle and move it back an inch and it will go in easy. Get rough with it if you need too, you aint gonna break it.

when i installed the last one, i put the bottom bolt in backwards with the head in airbox and the nut on the outside, opposite of the top two. worked fine. move the degas bottle too, that's pretty much the only way

I did get it done that night... I actually went to home depot and got a smaller bolt and nut so i could just slide it through both holes and then tighten them down. Worked great so far
