Black Smoke
Does any know what i can do to my rig. 04 f-350 6.0 to get it to blow alot of black smoke and i mean ALOT of smoke. I have the banks 6 gun on there and it blows some but not a hole lot. I dont want to really hurt anything and i know black smoke is wasted power but i really like the looks of it comeing out of my stacks. ANY IDEAS

would i have to get a bigger fuel pump allso. I Should have just got an old 12 vale cummins and put the fuel plate forward and call it a day. A buddy of mine did that and that thing smokes worse then the 81 MACK dump truck we have.

don't believe you should have to get a bigger pump as long as you don't get too awful crazy with injectors  I know it's hard to control yourself.

gear jammer you should have gotten an automatic-a slit in the aftercooler hose will casue some hellashus black smoke to come out of ur exhaust thats what happened to my dads truck when we put the gale banks intercooler on it the thing made so much boost that it ripped the hose on the hott side comin out of the turbo i heard the boost leak but i had drive it around the blockto see what happens and when u got on it u couldent see anything behind the truck the smole was so thick and sooty

The superchips will throw a lot more smoke then the 6-gun... Stack em' and you can throw a huge cloud from the stop, and it throws a pretty good amount after it spools up and you got it hammered. the best combo i have found so far is superchip on hi, and banks on 5 for power, but if you go to 6 on the banks it looses some power, but starts throwing smoke like a 12v cumapart. I will get pics or a vid some day....

stays about 700 crusing at 75 down the road, 1000 when pulling 40 k at 35 mph, or 20k at 60
