SUNCOAST TRANS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Well I finally got around to doing my trans THANKS TO ADRIAN and LILPOOH and the rest of the gang telling me im lazy. It turns out that my direct clutch was smoked big time. As I removed trans and took apart today and cleaned all parts and inspected for damage. The kits are clearly marked and instruction's for shift kits very clear to understand, this clutches themselves didn't come with instructions and there where a lot of factory things that where changed to really beef the trans up with there kit such as pistons and bigger hard parts. All in all not really a bad job. I did get hung up three times and this is where there CUSTOMER SUPPORT CAME INTO THE STORY!

I called them three times throughout the day! I talked to 3 guys answering the phones and there trans assembler. The names where JIMMY,JOHN,ANDREW and the builder EARNY! WOW never once did any of them seem like they had no time for me NEVER ONCE did I feel like I was being rushed off the phone, NEVER ONCE was the conversation bluntly ended but yet it was ended with can I help you with anything else and do you understand what we just talked about! I MUST SAY THIS it has been a real long time that I have felt good about something that I purchased and the product manufacturer giving good support!

MY HATS OFF SUNCOAST TRANS GREAT JOB!! now some pics

even with these it still dynode at 535 hummmm

Looking good Dale. Keep up with the photos.

Ive been debating doing a rebuild myself after we do my headgaskets. and seeing that its working out for you makes me move more towards that route.

Glad you had a positive experience talking with them on the phone. I have heard to many horror stories of guys who smoked their relatively new transmissions and got chit on.
