Question? What should I do?

So I had it narrowed down to a injector that was flooding a cylinder. The injector was sent back and I have the replacement installed. After everything was together I finally got the truck started but had a large amount of smoke coming from behind the turbo. I shut it down and pulled the turbo. As soon as the turbo was unbolted and started to pull it fuel started pouring out of the exhaust side. Should I drain the turbo, reinstall it and start it up again or should I be looking at something else?

I had an injector do the same thing, there was so much fuel my muffler was full of diesel! I just drove it and all smoked out in about 10 milies.
