Looking to get an SCT programmer for 06 f-250. Which is the best? Has anyone used the SCT Livewire? Also What is the best EGR delete to buy?

Which SCT device depends on where you at on your build and personal preference. All SCT programmers tune the same way, by flashing the ECM.
You need to make a decision on, if you already own a monitor device, then all you need is the SCT X3 or SF3. If you don't have a monitor device, then check out the Livewire TS. If you like the idea of having two separate tuner and monitor, because if one goes bad then you just have to replace one unit. If you want a "all in one" tuner/monitor, then go for the Livewire TS. If you are looking for a unit to tune and monitor, check out our Infinity. It is the most advanced product of it's kind on the market. It has the ability to see every PID that your PCM sees(there are hundreds!). It will also tune, datalog, read and clear DTC's, play media, etc...
Here is an ad I made for it describing it's main features... ![]() You can find out more about it HERE. Shoot me a PM or e-mail if you have any other questions. |

Those are nice ![]() But since I bought my setup before it came out, I have the SCT X3 and a scangauge2 to monitor the truck... it's an ok setup but I would so go with the Livewire TS now! |
