live wire driving me crazy

Ok i have a 04 with 6.0. I recieved my live wire and hooked it up. when i went to program the factory program it would not let me said the battery voltage was low. Called the sct for tech advice, he sent me the newest updates for the live wire. that did not work getting same reading. so i called them again they said to stick a battery charger on the battery and try to program like that guess what same d**m reading, i made sure the battery post were clean and took and had the batterys tested, both tested good. so i let the truck set and run about a hour and tryed again and the same ol low voltage came up. i have no idea what to do and im sure the techs wont answer tomorrow I NEED HELP ANY ONE?

I have no Idea about the live wire, I have a sctx3 and haven't had that problem, Have you tried to talk to Vivian and Dj's yet. SHe may be able to help if not I'm sure someone on here will help you soon
