And are the reading on my cluster correct MPG gauge Etc

Hello.

The cluster guage mileage report is fair at best. Generally correct but the margin is wide.

Best to hand caculate the mileage. My cluster reads 12-16mpg, hand calc'd its 15.39.

get yourself a full turbo back 4" exhaust, a set of gauges, then go with an SCT tuner and turn it up! My '06 F250 has got just about 20k on the clock and I'm seeing 17-18mpg regularly just normal driving, some city but mostly highway. My race file gives me about 2 more mpg than stock programming. Also when was the last time you changed your fuel filters? If you're running ULSD fuel like most everybody else try using a shot of powerservice diesel kleen or whatever additive you choose. With diesel kleen I saw about a 1 mpg increase as well.

Where is a good place to get gauges and a pod and what gauges shall i get sorry im new to this truck

fuel filters should be changed every 15 to 20k.. As to the gearing it should be listed on the build tag on your drivers door sill
