Tunes = Mileage ?

What kind of mileage are you getting with what tune and where?

City with Economy I am only seeing 15.2, stock I get 14.5

shoooot.... I'm only getting about 11 mpg around town on an sct livewire street tune. not even the performance tune. I got an 03' 6.0 w/ 8 inch lift on 37's. I wonder what the heck is going on?? and diesel prices in so cal right now are around 3.60 + or - $.10 WTF

its the tires and lift thats making you loose the mpg

I am getting 11-13 on my Xtreme Street and that is driving HARD! up to 17ish for short highways. And coming back from NC over the entire trip including stopping, goofing off in traffic and averaging about 70 most of the time. I was about 20. Now, I am running almost the factory size tires.

I did the Econo for a short 50 mile hop and it jumped to 20 something. If i ran it longer, who knows?

highway w/xtreme street 17-18mpg @ 60-65mph.

im getting around 14-15mpg city driving... on stock gears with the lift and tires in my sig

DJ Looney Tune all the time, 20+ on the highway and 16-17 around town.

I got about 17 all the way from Tulsa Ok., to Winston Salem Nc. and that was running the X3 on economy on the way there and the street tune on the way home no change, oh ya that was doing 80 or 85 most of the way 1100 miles one way.

there is always "that guy" in one of these threads. lol maybe im just jealous.

Sorry about being "that guy". Guess i'm just one of the lucky ones. I drove from Mobile, Al to Houston, Tx on one tank of gas several times. On the last trip, when i filled up, my little trip computer said 50 miles to empty. I always get my best mileage from the looney tune. All the others i've tried make my mileage go down, don't have an economy tune yet, but will soon to get a comparison. Now around town, if i get on it alot and smoke out everyone, i drop down to around 14-16. But on the highway i just keep it around 2K rpm and get my best mileage.
