Kudos To SCT

Well i had a very weird thing happen to me this weekend. I went upload my custom tunes from MPT and my truck lost its stock file. I had to wait till monday to get ahold of SCT but i had sent them an email over the weekend and at 9:01 they called me monday morning. Thats pretty impressive since they open at 9. Needless to say the tech had my new file ready to upload and everything worked fine. He even stayed on the line until i uploaded my tune again to insure it was fixed. Makes it nice having such good customer service. Now for MPT i also called them saturday and got nothing but i dropped them an email and they called me first thing monday morning also. They sent me an email after I missed their call asking what the status on the problem was and acted like they really wanted to know what was going on. So in any near future if anyone is looking into an SCT Livewire TS i say go for it and use MPT their tunes run great and both companys have amazing customer service.
