6.0 Performance Injectors - who's your favorite?

Somewhat new to the diesel trucks and looking into some performance injectors with some buddies of mine for the 6.0.

Who do ya'll prefer as your source for the increased flow injectors for racing?

Is the 30%, 75%, 100%, and 150% flow increase pretty much standard?

Thx.

Ok, first, Injectors for the 6.0 are sized by capacity and nozzle size. For example, you might buy injectors that are 190/100s. Those would have a capacity of 190cc, meaning that the injector will displace 190cc of fuel in 1000 pulses. The second number is the nozzle size, in this example it would be 100% larger than stock. Generally you can get nozzles from stock(or 0%) up to 150% or more.

If you want to buy injectors, I recommend that you spend a little extra and get ones that have been flow benched and you can see the flow sheets to make sure that they flow what you are told they will flow. It helps with tuning and matching other parts. Some good options are Warren, Renegade, Full Force, and River City.

I've had good luck out of my Full Force (Casserly) injectors. Been running them for about a year and a half. They are more expensive than some of the other guys but I had a copper washer blow out on number 2 cylinder (caused from the injector hold down not being torqued properly) and Ryan at Full Force told me to send him the injector and he tore it apart and double checked everything was good just to be sure while I had the injector out free of charge. And the injectors were about 10 days out of warranty! I guess you get what you pay for and I got great customer service from them.

I still wouldn't buy injectors from RCD. Way too many nightmare stories.

You don't count. You're getting injectors from Craig. You ever seen his shop?

There's been a few opportunities identified recently with the Warren injectors as well. Whenever the time comes for me, it'll be Full Force. I'll sell a kidney if I have to. Somehow I ended up with a spare...
