Numbers lots and lots of numbers.

Ok I dont know if this has been discussed or not but i have a SCT ITSX tuner and have it set to stock right now and these are the numbers I get. Can someone please tell me what I am looking at. What Are good Numbers? What are bad numbers? What are normal Numbers.
Truck is a 2006 with a 6.0 with a erg delete.
All these reading are sitting in driveway truck warm.
This truck has never got better than about 11-12 mpg.

first numbers are at Idle second numbers are WOT

ICP Duty Cycle = .25 ------ .57
Injection control pressure= 4.0 ------ 22.0
VGT Duty Cycle= .66 ------ .35
Air Flow #/min= 17 ------ 120
Barometric Pressure in HG= 28.75 ------ 28.75
engine load= 21.95 ------ 41.16
FICM ignition volts= 13.5 ------ 14.0
FICM logic power volts= 14.0 ------ 14.0
Ficm main internal inj. pwr= 48. ------ 34.
manifold absolute pressure= 100.75kpa ------ 140.0kpa
turbo boost= .58kpa ------ 10.75kpa

Can anyone tell me where to look for the rest of the numbers? I just want to know what I am looking at and what is normal for the Itsx numbers.

Ok I ordered the new 6 stage ficm from bulletproof. Now can anyone tell me what is better 48v 53v, or 58v?????? Is there any benefits to going more V's????
