SCT Livewire or Xcal?

Really what I am looking for is some feed back on the differences of these two. Some of your experiences and dislike if any which I don't think thee will be from what I have read.

With the live wire it looks like you get monitoring built in to the unit. Do you get this with the Xcal or do you need gauges. Maybe even have gauges still with the livewire?

This stuff is a little new to me as far as for the diesels go so any feedback is great.

Just trying to justify the difference in price between the two and whether I should go with the livewire of Xcal.

The monitoring portion of the LiveWire is weak at this point. They may perfrect it eventually, but for now it's not the greatest. I would go with the X3 and some gauges.

Right now I have the Xcal2 and a Quadzilla Commander for gauges but the Commander also leaves something to be desired. If you want accurate gauges, you need to go with analog.
