07 F-250 Programmer Question

Here's my problem. I posted a few weeks ago that I purchased a Bully Dog
4" Turbo back exhaust and a Triple Dog programmer. Well I like the exhaust but the programmer didn't suit me because I do not like the way the tranny reacts. So I started reading some other posts on here and I see that some other folks have the same feelings about the bully dog. Therefore, I believe that I am going to get an SCT tuner and sell the Bully Dog. My question is, where is the best place to get one, how do I go about doing it, and what exactly am I looking for? I've seen people talk about strategys and special tunes which got me a bit confused. I am hoping you folks can help me, since everyone was very informative the last time. I would also like to note this is my first diesel truck so I`m still fresh into the market. So far I am loving my 2007 powerstroke!
