Im trying to figure out if I should just do a converter or trans and converter. I just spent 6200 on head gaskets, 1 injector,ficm and turbo at ford. So I would really like to not have to spend 3k+ on a trans. With the stock tune on the truck shifts good but you can feel it slip and the converter wont lock up. now with srl+ on the shifts are terrible and still no lock up. I had the codes pulled before i reset everything before taking it to ford and it said the converter was slipping. The truck only has 49k miles on it but did spend some of its life with a banks six gun on it(previous owner). Any help is appreciated thanks.
