Transmission codes issues.

Ok about a month ago I had tranny issues. Started with getting codes p0791 0715 and so forth. Took to dealer they said its fan clutch so I spliced wires back together and went for a drive and next thing you know trannny goes boom!!!!! Fast forward yesterday I got new tranny installed and went for a drive and I'll be dipped if I didn't get the same codes again an truck goes into limp mode an wont shift out of fourth gear????? I can't find squat on this p0791 code. Also getting p0603 and p1000 I think off the top of my head. Using my cts to pull those codes FYI. Any thoughts? Thanks!!!!!

Any chance that it's just the PCM needing reset properly?
