ALMOST DONE WITH FUEL SYSTEM ADDITION!

Yep almost done! I want to thank Rich "Lilpooh" for fabricating the bracket out of very heavy metal for me to my spec. Anyway it is a 6.4l low pressure high volume pump. 8 psi 1/2 feed and is has a water separator filter in it with a WIF sensor in it. I got a factory plug and cut it 2 inches after plug and soldered 4 wires in between to go up frame and plug into factory plug so WIF light will function. This 8psi pump will get fuel from sump and feed airdog 2 and I have made return lines to go from airdog 2 and hook directly into return feed of factory 6.4 pump so everything with function correctly. I will post pics of lines when they are done. this will relieve the airdog from having to suck for fuel and lower the amps the pump uses.

Nice setup!
How much does that pump cost?
I like how it uses the stock wiring!

8C3Z-9G282-A is the 6.4 HFCM. List is $472.02. 10% over cost is $311.53

I have one good used one at work, it's my tester fuel pump haha.

The trick is to buy a used 6.4 pump that was replaced with a aftermarket pump.
