Sct livewire ts problem. Help!!!

Hey guys i just got a livewire ts for my 2007 f-350 6.0. I tuned it to the 50hp tow tune and the truck ran great. I wanted a little firmer shifts so i went to reprogram the tranny with the firm setting and the lock 1-2-3. It went thru all the normal stuff and said the programming was complete and turn the key off. I did and when i turned the key back on to start it i had nothing. The mileage said -------- and the trip said----------. The programmer said general error 11020 and to turn the key off. What is wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks shawn

Try to return to stock

It wont even try. All it does when it tries to read the truck is throw that error

Its suppose to automatically detect that the key is on, but i had to go through the settings to bypass the auto detect. I didnt have to do that the first time. I checked alot of the fuses and didnt see any burnt ones

did you get this problem resolved? I just installed a ts on my 05 psd today and had the same exact problem, ended up having the pcm reprogrammed before it would crank again. Im about afraid to install this programmer again
