will a diablo mafia work?

I had to have one of these on my svt focus because I had put a turbo on and it didn't have one to start with. I needed it to trick the pcm into not seeing themassive amounts of air being pulled through the mass air flow meter. My question is... I see they make one for the 6.0 and wonder what... if any... are the gains. I know the stupid maf chips you see on eBay with the resistor in them are a complete waste but this has 8 settings you pick depending on the level you need I think it's based off motor size or something my focus used level 3 and once I was done with tuning the little four banger had 327 horse on 10 lbs of boost (lots of motor work too) but I digress... can the Diablo mafia give our trucks any benefit? I'm running a edge CS tuner so I'm kinda stuck on the factory presets but wondered if using this you could get some more fuel or power from it. Thoughts anyone?

Get rid of the Edge and go with an SCT with custom tuning. These trucks are made for boost but I wouldn't use that thing.
