Injectors or glow plugs or both

I have a 05 f250 and I am wondering it is a cold blooded truck it hates starting in the cold like -10 to 10 above it hates starting and I would like to know if it needs GP or injectors

2005 ccsb f-250 super duty
Sct livewire withe custom tunes from innovative diesel
afe stage 2 air intake and battery box
AFE bladerunner air intake manifold
4 inch cat back exhaust
ARP head studs
New oil cooler
New head gaskets
New powermax vgt turbo
EGR delete but it looks like it is still there (welded plates on it)
2011 mirrors that are power everything and work great love them

Can you elaborate a little more on what you mean by it hates starting? Like the motor turns over for a long time before it starts? Or it runs real rough when it starts?

It takes a bit longer to start witch is normal if is cold it takes a little longer to do anything in the cold. It is just rough I believe that I got the answer in the general discoustion forum for 6.0 it is listed in there if you would like to look though that one you can see what others have told me a chim in would be greatly appersated. It is listed with the same title
