WOT run problem

It doesn't happen all the time but every once in a while during a WOT run my truck will get to a shift point usually 1-2 or 2-3 shift and its like it hits neutral. It stops pulling and just revs, have to lift off throttle to get it to go into gear. Anyone know what is going on?

Check for codes, but short of that it sounds like the OD clutch solenoid is sticking. 1st to 2nd is engaging overdrive and 2nd to 3rd is disengaging overdrive (among other things). Considering the shift sequence is 1,2,3,5,6, TC lock with 2 and 6 using overdrive, how does your 6th gear engage at WOT?

Don't know how wot 6th shift is. Never had it to that high of speed.
