Really disappointed with Sheldon at Renegade Diesel

He has had my injectors for at least 6 weeks now and is supposed to be building me a set of 200/100's. He is extremely hard to get a hold of, doesn't return phone calls, and his voice mail box has been full for the last 3 days. Not that it makes much difference since he doesn't return phone calls anyway. That's just no way to run a business and something everyone should be aware of when dealing with him. I'm not sure the injectors are worth the price for this kind of hassle.

I'm sorry to hear that Mitch. I know I have had similar experiences with him but was able to get through after a couple of days. Not saying it is acceptable or anything, just saying that I feel ya man. Hopefully it'll be worth it when your injectors come in and you hear how GREAT the truck runs. I presume you tried texting him too??

I know Sheldon is a VERY busy guy and building injectors is not all that he does. He probably does need to focus more on building injectors if he is going to continue selling them online. Best of luck man.

He does respond to texting sometimes better than phone calls. Just a thought man.

He had my injectors for about 3 days and they were back on my porch.. He called me when i fist sent him a msg about getting them worked on. Everytime after that we talked via text and he was pretty prompt on returning txt.. Might try that.

Fortunately, I wouldn't re-think it too much. Mitch and I just spoke, and it sounds like Sheldon had some personal stuff that understandably took priority of everything else.

It's unfortunate when those situations arise but it is always good to find out that it just isn't bad business practice. Hopefully Mitch can get those injectors soon.
