SCT Livewire TS

I'm going to pick up a 2007 6.0 with 140,000 miles on Wednesday. Im wanting a programmer with good reputation and the capability to monitor vitals. Im leaning towards SCT and I like the sound of the Livewire TS. I've been shopping around and this has been the best price I've found

What's everyone's take on the situation?

I have the TS and love it. It is a true all in one system and to top it off it looks good too. I'm hoping soon that they come out with a dash pod for it too. The deal you found looks like a good one. I don't know anything about MPT or their tunes though. I have tunes from Gearhead and they are good tunes. There are quite a few other tuners as well. Quick Tricks, Tony Wildman, Innovative Diesel, and I'm sure I'm missing some.

I have the ts, I like it. Read the thread called 'anybody using the 5015 livewire ts yet', or something like that. Tells you all you want to know. It's new, like new enough not to have a manual, so you'll do some learning on your own to figure a few things out. The touch screen is a hair finicky at first, but after you get a feel for it its not too bad. Otherwise its great, really adaptable with the analog input harness, you can pretty much run any sensor on anything you want through the ts. I bought mine from Vivian at quick tricks auto in Florida, she has great customer service and if you buy it from her, it comes with 'unlimited tunes', she has the infamous looney and looney wild. Both are fun, a little hot, and a little smokey, but that's on 175's, and i could probably have the tune tweaked some more. Also talking with Adrian (mtw) about a hybrid, that should help clean things up a bit too. Vivian is great to deal with.

love mine. i was leaning towards the Edge Juice w/ attitude CS, and about pulled the trigger on it to the tune of $700 some odd dollars, then the Livewire TS came out. after reading all the praises of SCT products on powerstrokes (thank you PS.org), i bought it instead. got mine from XDP for $530

Well thanks for the info guys. I ordered mine today from Vivian. Should be here middle of next week hopefully. I'm new to the 6.0 but so far I'm liking it. Anybody willing to be my go-to contact when it's time to install the SCT?
