advice on water/meth needed

Guys, speak of the devil and he shall appear as the say...Ive been looking around at water/meth systems lately and have setteled on the devils own system. (the snow is what I want but too $pendy..) well today another truck buddy of mine droped that he has a older snow kit that has never been out of the box. Sais its the on/off type not like the new fancy. Will sell it for $100! Whats your thoughts? Can you hook up the on/off switch to the throttle position? Are these trouble? Thanks

how old and does it have a boost controller? My stage 2 kit has an on/off switch, but it doesnt' actually activate/inject untill it sees the preset boost setting. My kit from Snow Perf. is over 6 years old. You don't want it to inject based on pedal position....you want it to inject based on boost or egt's.

I talked with the Devil team and decide to go their route, tank, pump, nozz and controller was under 300.00 and it's progressive.

Can set it to come on at 10 psi and full on at 30.

Now just get my Hybrid and Y-Pipe back from the mad man and it's game on!

I got a feeling that may be the way to go. The short talk we had today he had stated it was a on off system. That I could just put it on a button...but I thing the D/O system may be the way to go.

actually all you would need to do if you get the older snow kit is just call them up and get a boost controller for it. You can add that no problem. When i first installed my water injection kit...i built the kit myself with just and on/off switch with no boost controller. it ran good, but i wanted something that would inject on it's own. So all i did was get their boost controller.
