Better atomization will usually yield better mileage, depending on your right foot. That's the biggest factor I think. Even the occasional romp from time will hurt your overall numbers for mpg. It's hard to be diciplined not to put it to the mat next to a dodge a time or two a week.

Perhaps you could have your tune tweaked some for mileage, what tune are you running?

I'm running the TS as well with tunes from Gearhead. I'm running the SRL+ tune currently and I'm seeing pretty good mileage. This is the first true tank I've been able to see the mileage on and I've got 250 miles at half a tank. Obviously that doesn't mean a whole lot to most people, but to me that is great considering I typically see about 175-200 at half a tank. Again, lots of variables, but I will know more by the end of the week.

If you're going to use the preloaded strategy tunes, the Performance tune will give you the best fuel mileage. Just don't tow anything with the performance or street tunes or you'll stretch your headstuds. If you're running a custom tune, let your tuner know that you want a tune for economy.
