Where can I get these parts?

1. turbo oil lines and drain tubes
2. Stc fitting, stand pipes and dummy plugs
3. oil pan
4. blue fuel pressure spring

I got my long block from PMM and I will probably get my oil cooler and Edge Insight CTS from them also. Is there one place I can get these other parts?
