Need a reflash for most recent engine strategy, South Florida...

Spoke with Vivian who said my engine strategy is basically the one that came from the factory and could be causing the bad mpg with the tunes. Anyone on here in South Florida capable of reflashing my PCM?

Closest dealer or check out PHP.

That's odd, usually the early strategies were better on MPG.

My 05 got around 13 mixed driving when stock and gets around 12 now regardless of strategy. For an 05 the VXCF4 strategy is a good one to have.

Can't tune writers change the strategy when they write you a tune? Chris at TSD rolled mine back to an earlier one. Mine is VXCF4HJ and I can hit 16 mpg if I keep idle time to a minimum, 18 on the interstate. Those are unloaded of course.
