I was the guy that ordered the turbo, I took it apart to veritfy that it was not ball bearing, they told me it was but it wasn't. I have the order reciept and money back if you need proof. I also showed Nate the bearings, there is no such VGT garrett turbo out there with ball bearings. There are reasons for it but I'm not going to get into them.
As far as fuel systems go you can spend alot or little for a good fuel system. I have what I like to call the AL CHEAPO fuel system but it works great and keeps up with the fuel demans of the 175/75 I had and the 200/150 I have now.
