what kind of money can I expect to spend to swap turbos out

You shouldn't be paying more than 1hrs worth of labor. I know I can swap one out in about 30-45 mins (about 20-30 mins on my truck because I have less stuff in the way) and I don't do it all the time.

Book time is 3hrs. Cheap labor= not good Good labor= not cheap

Where are you located in va. I would be more than willing t lend a hand. Its not hard, plus you can learn about your truck. Im in MD and my new garage will be done soon. No labor fee just bring beer. LOL

I know right. If I were closer, I'd drive up and put it in but 10 hrs is just a little too far.

I paid $125 to have the turbo swapped out, and new CAC boots and metal CAC tube installed. I was going to do it myself, but ran out of time and needed a quick turn around. Price seemed fair at the time, considering that it would have taken me 3hrs or so to do it (since it would have been the first time).
