Any reputable diesel performance shops around N. Alabama/S. Tennessee/NW Georgia?

Just thought I'd see if there were any good diesel performance shops reasonably close by. Located in N. Alabama, NE Alabama to be more exact.

So, anyone know of a good shop(s) around this area?

Thanks!

Hey Marv,

I dont really know of any around our area that do all the hot rodding type diesel work, but Gilbert & Baker Ford will install MODS on our trucks.

They recently did head studs and a regulated fuel return system for me on my truck.

At least check them out and let them know what you have in mind. the worst they can say is no.

Diesel Performance Parts - Home is in nashville, tn.

but i dont know if they only sell diesel stuff or if they have a shop.

Thanks Stephen, I really appreciate it. G&B is actually where I bought the truck, so I might just have to talk to them. I've got to get down there this weekend, so maybe I can ask them about it then.

One of these days I'm gonna have to hear that Leslie horn setup you've got on there...haha!

Didn't know about Diesel Performance Parts - thanks for the tip. I was just in Nashville last weekend...had I known, I would have tried to find it.

I know All About Diesels is up the road a bit near Nashville, but I'm not sure if they do install work or only sales.

I'll have to look into it.

Thanks!

Well, nothing major at the moment...but, I have a few things in mind for the near future.

Just thought I'd get a good shop lined up in the event that I decide to do something, yet lack the motivation to get myself out there and do it!! Haha...

You know how it is...sometimes the hardest part about working on a car or truck is just getting at there and starting. At least it is for me!
